Mr. Baugher was born January 26, 1929 of the late William and Daisy (Boehler) Baugher.
Besides his wife, he is survived by a son, Lynn K. Baugher of Hanover; four sisters, Janet Nace, Barb Hartlaub, Romaine Troutman and Pauline Snyder and husband, Dan. He was preceded in death by three brothers and two sisters.
