Priscilla F. Davis, “a Proverbs 31 Woman”, 82, of Hanover, PA, entered God’s eternal care Friday, January 7, 2022, at home with her loving husband by her side.
Born February 20, 1939, in Baltimore, MD, Priscilla was the daughter of the late Francis J. and Lucille M. (McGee) Fagan. She was the loving wife of Warren T. Davis, Jr., with whom she shared 58 ½ years of marriage.
Priscilla was a graduate of Milford Mill High School in Baltimore County, MD. Later, she attended Towson State University, receiving her Associates Degree in Elementary Education.
Priscilla was a housewife and homemaker. Over the years, she worked several part-time jobs, but her primary focus was taking care of her family. She was a member of Kirkridge ARP Church in Manchester, MD. She was also a member of the Red Hat Society and the Y.M.C.A.
Priscilla loved staying on the farm. In her free time, she loved reading. Warren built her many book cases, which she filled up with all the books that she read. In her earlier years, she also enjoyed knitting.
In addition to her loving husband Warren, Priscilla is survived by her sons Tracy Davis, Creston Davis, and Timothy Davis. She also leaves behind 12 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her brother, J. Timothy Fagan. Priscilla was preceded in death by two sons, Andrew Davis and John Davis, as well as her brother David Dickie Fagan.
A funeral service to celebrate and remember Priscilla’s life will be held 10 AM, Thursday, January 13, 2022, at the Kenworthy Funeral Home & Crematory Inc, 269 Frederick Street, Hanover, PA 17331, with Pastor Steve Badorf officiating. Viewings and time to share memories with the family will be from 6-8 PM, Wednesday, January 12, 2022, and 9-10 AM, Thursday, January 13, 2022, at the funeral home. Burial will be in Mt. Olivet Cemetery.
