Mary Helena Warner, age of 90, of Hanover, passed away December 28th, 2010. For 62 years she was the wife of the late Clark (Cork) D. Warner, who died February 25th, 2003, at the age of 85.
Born February 20th, 1920, in Hanover, she was the daughter of the late Harry M. and Emma (Cole) Rickrode. Surviving is one son, Randy Scott Warner and one brother, Robert M. Rickrode.
Mary was employed by the Hanover Shoe Company for 15 years, being especially proud of her hard work during the World War II years, making shoes for the soldiers. All of her married life she was a working farmer and dairy wife. In her later years she helped her son, Randy, so he could continue the family farm in West Manheim Township, while also maintaing a home and keeping the farm's financial records.
She was preceded in death by twin brothers, Burnell and Earl Rickrode and Clair and William Rickrode.
As per her wishes, there will be no viewing or memorial. Burial will be private.
