Henrietta S. Cline, 104, of Hanover, PA, entered into God's eternal care, Monday, October 6, 2014 at the Lutheran Retirement Village at Utz Terrace, Hanover, PA.
Born August 12, 1910 in Hanover, PA, she was the daughter of the late Harry C. and Helen (Shultz) Houck. She was the loving wife of the late K. Bernel Cline who died May 20, 1977.
Henrietta was Class Valedictorian of the Hanover High School Class of 1928, and was a member of the Hanover High School Alumni Association.
Henrietta was a very active life member of St. Matthew Lutheran Church, Hanover, PA.
Henrietta worked as a secretary at Century Ribbon Mills and then for D. Guy Hollinger Real Estate from 1956 to 1982.
Henrietta was a member of the Hanover Chapter of the Order of the Eastern Star #378 and the Bethel Commander Auxiliary.
Henrietta is survived by nieces and nephews and many dear friends. She was preceded in death by two sisters, Mary E. Houck and Emma J. (Houck) Kopp.
A funeral service to celebrate and remember Henrietta's life will be held at 11:00 AM, Saturday, October 11, 2014 at St. Matthew Lutheran Church, 30 W. Chestnut Street, Hanover, PA, with the Rev. Dr. Daniel M. Yeiser and the Rev. Dr. E. Edward Keyser officiating.
