Mrs Amanda Catherine Shanabrook, wife of Eli Shanabrook died at her home in Parkville tuesday night at 11 o'clock following a prolonged illness from a complication of diseases. She was aged 57 years, 7 months and 11 days.
The deceased was a daughter of the late David B Sullivan and wife and leaves her husband and four children: Maurice E Shanabrook of Middleburg; David F Shanabrook of Parkville; Mrs Chester Bair of Hagerstown, MD; and Miss Cora V Shanabrook of Middleburg. Also the following brothers and sisters; Mrs Samuel Smith of Manchester,MD; Mrs David Jones of Bachmans Valley; Mrs Jacob Tracy of Lineboro, MD; Mrs Samuel Sterner of Melrose, MD; Mrs Edward Redding of Baltimore; Mrs Cloyd B Shaffer of Hanover; Noah Sullivan of Pennville; Andrew Sullivan of Hanover and George Sullivan of Bachmans Valley.
Funeral Friday, services at the house at 1:30 p.m., Rev Dr Wm I Redclay, pastor of St Paul's Lutheran Church officating. Internment in Mt Olivet Cemetery.
