Born on Wednesday, March 14, 1951 in Washington, DC, he was a son of the late William Bryce Bond and Martha Ann Seipp Fowble, and step-son of the late, Charles Elwood Fowble. Raised in Carroll County, MD, he was a 1969 graduate of Westminster High School and later served in the US Army Reserve as First Cook. Brian worked in food service for 51 years and retired as an executive chef. He was later employed as a school bus driver for seven years.
In addition to his wife of 44 years, he is survived by a step-son, Scott Harlacher and his wife, Carolyn; and a brother, Charles Steven Fowble and his wife, Brenda.
The funeral will be held at 11:00 AM Wednesday, February 23, 2022 at the Missionary Bible Baptist Church with Pastor Mark Rohnke officiating. Burial will follow in Mount Olivet Cemetery. The family will receive friends at a viewing at the church one hour prior to the service.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Missionary Bible Baptist Church, 920 Beck Mill Road, Hanover, PA 17331, please designate to the Benevolence Fund.
