Gloria L. Fuhrman 72, of Hanover, PA entered in to God's eternal care, Monday, August 27, 2012 at her residence.

She was born September 28, 1939 in Hanover, PA she was the daughter of the late Myrl and Ada Sterner. Gloria was the loving wife of the late Walter H. Fuhrman who died, May 11, 2005.

Gloria was a graduate of Eichelberger High School.

She was a member of St. Bartholomew's United Church (ELCA) of Hanover, PA.

Gloria was employed by the former Murphy's Five and Dime Store of Hanover for several years prior to its closing.

Gloria is survived by her nieces, Susan A. Byers of Hanover, PA, Julie A. Focht of Gaithersburg, MD and her nephew, David S. Strock of McSherrystown, PA.

Funeral services will be held at 2 PM, Friday, August 31, 2012 at the Kenworthy Funeral Home, Inc., 269 Frederick St., Hanover, PA. Burial will be in Mount Olivet Cemetery, Hanover, PA. Visitation will be held from 1:30-2 PM, Friday at the funeral home.

Memorial contributions may be made to St. Bartholomew's United Church (ELCA), 1204 Grand Valley Road, Hanover, PA 17331.
