Linda S. Feeser, 60, of Waynesboro formerly of Hanover, passed peacefully at home on Monday, April 4, 2011. She was the wife of the late William Lee Feeser, Sr. who died on August 24, 1985.
Born June 12, 1950 in Floyd, VA, she was the daughter of the late Charles Shanks and Beatrice Freda (Sutphin) Reed.
Linda was employed at George’s B-Street Subs of Hanover. She enjoyed her job especially as a delivery person. Also Linda loved antiques.
Surviving are a daughter and two sons: Kimberly A. Gossert and her husband Reginald; William Lee Feeser, Jr., and Clinton E. Feeser all of Waynesboro; two grandchildren: Sean Gallagher and Meagan Smith; also one sister: Ruth A. Sullivan, Hanover.
She was preceded in death by four brothers: Granville L. Reed, Charles E. Reed, Harold S. Reed and Richard W. Reed; one sister: Dorothy M. Grubb.
A funeral service to celebrate the life of Linda S. Feeser will be 11:00 AM Friday, April 8, 2011 at the Wetzel Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., 549 Carlisle Street, Hanover, PA 17331 with Pastor Edward Brower officiating. A time to share memories and have an opportunity to view will be Thursday evening from 6:00 – 8:00 PM at the funeral home. Burial will be in Mt. Olivet Cemetery, Hanover.
