Jack Cahill, of Hanover, passed away peacefully on Sunday, June 28, 2015 at his home.
Born in Philadelphia, he was a son of the late Jack and Mary Cahill. Jack served in the United States Air force during the Vietnam War and was a member of the Westside Emmanuel Baptist Church in Bogalusa, LA.
Survivors include his wife of 41 years, Becky Cahill; one son, Jimmy Miller; two daughters, Cara Greene and her husband, Dave, and Annie Wilt and her husband, Sam; four grandchildren, Mallory, June “JR”, Gavin, Everett “ET”; two brothers, Dennis and Brian; three sisters, Maryann, Patsy, and Christine; and many nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will follow at 11:30 am at Mount Olivet Cemetery in Hanover with The Rev. Robert Coddington officiating. Military honors will be rendered by the Hanover Allied Veterans Honor Guard.
