Michael E. Linardi, 71, of Littlestown and formerly of Baltimore, died Thursday, November 15, 2007 at Carroll Hospital Center. He was the devoted husband of Dorothy M. “Dot” (Morrow) Linardi, who died May 5, 2007.

Born December 9, 1935, in Baltimore, he was a son of the late John and Anna (Venditti) Linardi.

Mr. Linardi was a Veteran of the U.S. Army. He was an active member of the Sons of Italy, Hanover.

He was the beloved brother of two sisters, Mary Anne Linardi, of Baltimore, and Angela Beltram and husband Ed, of Ellicott City, MD; a sister-in-law, Ellen Linardi, of Miami, FL, wife of the late John N. Linardi; and leaves numerous nieces, nephews and great-nieces and nephews.

Viewings will be held on Tuesday, Nov.20 from 3 to 5 p.m. and from 7 to 9 p.m. with a Christian Wake Service scheduled for 7:30 p.m. at the Wetzel Funeral Home, 549 Carlisle St., Hanover, with Rev. Fr. Timothy D. Marcoe officiating. Family and friends will meet at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, November 21 at the funeral home for procession to Mt. Olivet Cemetery, Hanover, for a graveside committal service at 11:00 a.m.. A memorial Mass will be held on Saturday, December 8, at 11:00 a.m. at St. Michael the Archangel Church, 7000 Block of Belair Rd. and Willow Ave., Baltimore, MD.
