Rodney H. Weaver Jr., 39, of 6251 Coldwater Canyon Ave., Valley Glen, Calif., died Sunday, Nov. 11, 2001, in Valley Glen Hospital.
Born June 30, 1962, in Hanover, he was the son of Brenda K. (Brown) and Rodney H. Weaver Sr. of New Oxford.
He was employed by Ronald Stine and Associates of Brentwood, Calif., as an accountant. He graduated from New Oxford High School, Class of 1980, and from Computer Learning Center of Los Angeles and the Ministry School of Southern California. He was a member and one of the founders of the Center of Divine Expression Church.
Surviving also are his grandfather, Kenneth W. Reck of Hanover; a half-sister, Carole K. Brown of York; a sister, Lori A. Shultz of Gettysburg; and three brothers, Russell J. Weaver of McSherrystown, Kenneth H. Weaver and William S. Weaver of New Oxford.
A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Sunday, Nov. 25, on Lake Hollywood Bridge in Valley Glen, Calif. There will be no viewing or burial.
Hollywood Forever Mortuary, Hollywood, Calif., is in charge of the arrangements.
