Born January 9, 1964 in Couva, Trinidad, he was the son of Rampat Singh and Cynthia Harricharan. Prakash was the husband of Badwattie (Lisa) Lalbeharry.
Prakash was employed by City Homes of Baltimore, MD.
In addition to his wife and parents, Prakash is survived by his daughters, Jolisa S. Rampatsingh, Alissa S. Rampatsingh both of Hanover, PA, two brothers and two sisters.
A service will be held at 11 AM, Tuesday, July 8, 2014 at the Kenworthy Funeral Home, Inc., 269 Frederick Street, Hanover, PA. Burial will be in Mount Olivet Cemetery, Hanover, PA.
