James E. "Jim" Warfield, 56 of Hanover, passed away, Saturday, February 28, 2009, at Hanover Hospital.
Born March 28, 1952, in Baltimore, MD, he was the son of the late Elizabeth Warfield. Jim was the loving husband of Grace M. Plantholt, whom he married September 6, 2008.
Jim was a graduate of Randallstown High School and was currently employed as a technician at Ridge Engineering.
He was an avid baseball fan and enjoyed doing genealogy.
In addition to his wife, Grace, he is survived by three brothers, George Warfield, of Baltimore, MD, Robert Warfield, of Pittsburgh, PA, and Donald Warfield, of South Carolina; and a host of relatives and friends.
A service to celebrate Jim's life will be held 11 AM, Wednesday, March 4, 2009 at Kenworthy Funeral Home, Inc., 269 Frederick Street, Hanover, with Rev. Philip K. Nace officiating. Burial will be in Mount Olivet Cemetery. A viewing and time to share memories will be held 6 - 8 PM, Tuesday at the funeral home.
