Obituary
Sally Ann Claypool, 59, of Abbottstown, PA, entered God’s eternal care, Tuesday, January 1, 2019 at the Penn State Hershey Medical Center, with her loving family by her side.
Born January 10, 1959, in Baltimore, MD, she was the daughter of the late Lewis E., Sr. and Mildred S. (Walton) Ensor. Sally was the loving wife of Wayne E. Claypool with whom she shared thirty years of marriage.
She loved playing Bingo, fishing, camping, bowling and spending time with her family.
In addition to her loving husband, Wayne, Sally is survived by her children, Dawn Herman of Dover, PA, Michelle Blackburn of AZ, Amy Duff of VA, Willard Duff of Dover, PA, Marie Moody of Bonneauville, PA, Courtney Claypool of Pen Argyl, PA; fifteen grandchildren; and a brother, Eddie Ensor of Pittsburgh, PA. She was preceded in death by a brother, Freddie Ensor.
A funeral service will be held 1:30 PM, Monday, January 7, 2019 at the Kenworthy Funeral Home, Inc., 269 Frederick Street, Hanover, PA with Pastor Allen Hall officiating. A viewing and time to share memories with the family will be held from 2:00-4:00 PM and 6:00-8:00 PM, Sunday, January 6, 2019 at the funeral home. Burial will be in Mount Olivet Cemetery, Hanover, PA.
