C. Albert Woods, 91, of New Oxford, and formerly of Hanover, died Thursday, May 1, 2008 at the Cross Keys Village of the Brethren Home, New Oxford. He was the husband of Audrey (Smith) Woods of New Oxford.
Born June 25, 1916 in Glyndon, MD, Albert was the son of the late Milton and Edna (Fuss) Woods.
Albert was employed with Utz Snack Foods, Hanover and was a member of Calvary Bible Church, Hanover.
Surviving in addition to his wife is a daughter, Adrienne Eesley and her husband Mike of Oro Valley, AZ; two grandsons and three great-grandsons.
He was preceded in death by three sisters, Dorothy Grey, Margaret Colwill and Louise Hammond.
A graveside service will be held at 11:30 AM, Tuesday, May 13 at Mt. Olivet Cemetery, 725 Baltimore Pike, Hanover with Rev. Clair W. Shorb officiating.
