Todd M. Bolinger, 54, of Windsor, entered into God’s eternal care on Friday, June 15, 2018 at UPMC Pinnacle Memorial Hospital.
Born on Thursday, November 28, 1963 in Hanover, he was a son of Frederick K. Bolinger of Hanover and the late Judith Mulkey Bolinger. He was a member of Trinity United Church of Christ in Hanover. Todd participated in the Special Olympics, and he enjoyed horseback riding, swimming and being around people. He will be remembered for his smile, his hugs and simply brightening the day of those he would encounter.
Surviving, in addition to his father, are two brothers, Keith Bolinger of Frackville and Mark Bolinger of Glenville; and his special caregivers, Ed and Terri Herbst, and Jaime and Jess Klinefelter.
A service to celebrate Todd’s life will be held at 1 pm Sunday, June 24, 2018 at the St. Paul’s Lutheran Church Fellowship Hall, 6955 Rippling Run Road, Felton, PA. Burial will be held privately in Mount Olivet Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to United Cerebral Palsy, 788 Cherry Tree Court, Hanover, PA 17331.
