Rosalie M. (Noel) Blouse, 83, of Hanover, entered into God’s eternal care, on Saturday, March 26, 2022, at Hanover Hall. She was the loving wife of the late Burnell F. Blouse; together they shared 52 years of marriage before his passing in 2008.
Born April 24, 1938 in Hanover, she was a daughter of the late and Beatrice and Glenn Noel.
Rosalie was a loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother; she cherished her family and loved spending time with them, especially her great grandsons. Mrs. Blouse worked at Hanover Shoe for many years and was a devoted member of Harvest Time Temple church in Hanover; in her free time, she enjoyed word puzzles and fill in books.
Mrs. Blouse is survived by a daughter, Lisa A. Allison of Hanover; grandchildren, Brendon Allison of Hanover, Ama Allison of New Oxford, Gillian Garrett and her husband Matthew of West Virginia and two great grandsons, Shane Allison, Logan Garrett. Rosalie is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends.
In addition to her parents and husband Rosalie, was preceded in death by a sister, Betty Markle and her late husband Donald and two brothers, Robert Noel and Barry Markle.
A service to celebrate the life of Rosalie will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday, March 31, 2022 at the Wetzel Funeral Home and Crematory, 549 Carlisle St., Hanover, PA with Rev. Fred Mummert officiating. A time to share memories with the family and an opportunity to view will be on Wednesday from 6-8 p.m. and then again on Thursday from 10 a.m. until the time of service at the funeral home. Burial will be in Mt. Olivet Cemetery, Hanover.
