Rebecca K. Fox, 91, of New Oxford, PA, and formerly of Hanover, entered into God's eternal care Thursday, December 13, 2007 at Hanover Hospital. She was the wife of the late Lewis H. Fox, who died October 3, 1989.
Born August 18, 1916, in Littlestown, she was the daughter of the late Luther Alfred and Besse (Fissel) Kohler.
Mrs. Fox was a member of St. Matthew Lutheran Church, Hanover. She was employed as a secretary with Miller Chemical, Hanover, and later was employed at Palms Dry Cleaning, Hanover. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother.
Surviving are two daughters, Carol A. Reese, and Nancy F. Brady, both of Hanover; her son, Thomas K. Fox of Lititz, PA; five grandchildren; three step-grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and four step-great-grandchildren.
The funeral service will be held 10:00 AM Tuesday, December 18, 2007 at the Wetzel Funeral Home, 549 Carlisle St., Hanover, with Rev. Dr. Daniel M. Yeiser officiating. Viewing will be held between 7:00 and 9:00 PM Monday evening at the funeral home. Burial will be in Mt. Olivet Cemetery, Hanover, PA.
