Philip L. "Stumpy" Canavan, 58, of Hanover, passed away Thursday, August 6, 2009, at Sinai Hospital of Baltimore.
Born August 25, 1950, in Hamilton, OH, he was the cherished son of Patrick J. Canavan and the late Christine Jane Canavan who passed away July 13, 2008.
Stumpy was a huge sports fanatic and loved listening to music.
In addition to his father, Stumpy is survived by his sister, Kandie Jo Canavan and companion, Kenny Cooke, of West Manheim.
Services will be private and held at the convenience of the family.
