Marion A. "Marty" Cline, Jr., 70, of Hanover, PA, entered into God's eternal care, Sunday, January 16, 2011 at the Health South Rehabilitation Center, York, PA.
Born August 13, 1940 in Cincinnati, OH, he was the son of the late Marion A. Sr. and Lula G. (Blickenstaff) Cline.
Marty retired after many years in the Library Filing System Business.
Marty enjoyed history and its preservation. Over the years he belonged to many different Historical Societies in various states including Pennsylvania.
Marty is survived by one son, Robert M. Cline of Greer, SC, one granddaughter, Madeline, one sister, Jeanne A. Kotowicz of Hanover, PA, and many nieces and nephews that were very fond of him.
A funeral service to celebrate and remember Marty's life will be held 11 AM, Thursday, January 20, 2011 at the Kenworthy Funeral Home, Inc., 269 Frederick Street, Hanover, PA with the Rev. Timothy J. Kielley officiating. Burial will be in Mount Olivet Cemetery, Hanover, PA, A viewing and time to share memories with the family will be held from 10 "11 AM, Thursday, January 20, 2011 at the funeral home.
