Marian L. Little, 87, of Glenville, died Monday, April 11, 2011 at Homewood at Plum Creek following a period of declining health.
Born on May 16, 1923 in Hanover, she was a daughter of the late Robert F. and Elsie May Dubbs Stambaugh and wife of the late Richard “Choc” Little, who died in 1998. The last of her immediate family, she was also preceded in death by two brothers, Robert F. Stambaugh and J. Forney Stambaugh and two sisters, Doris V. Stambaugh Smith and Mildred L. Stambaugh Wright Voss.
A 1941 graduate of Eichelberger High School, she was a lifelong member of Grace United Church of Christ, where she sang and directed the choir for many years.
Survivors include one niece and three nephews, several grandnephews and a sister-in-law, Janice Miller.
A graveside service will be held at 2 pm Monday, April 18, 2011 at Mount Olivet Cemetery, 725 Baltimore Street, Hanover, with The Rev. Dr. Bruce P. Bouchard officiating. There will be no public viewing.

Born on May 16, 1923 in Hanover, she was a daughter of the late Robert F. and Elsie May Dubbs Stambaugh and wife of the late Richard “Choc” Little, who died in 1998.
