Doris D. Cook, 91, passed away peacefully at Hanover Hall on Oct. 28, 2015. She was the daughter of the late Ella (Kline) Dietz and Howard S. Dietz and the wife of James G. Cook with whom she would have celebrated 71 years of marriage on Nov. 19.
She is predeceased by brothers, Edward Dietz and Richard Dietz; sisters, Catherine Miller and Mary Weller; and granddaughter, Kelly Crouse.
Besides her husband, James, Doris is survived by daughter, Connie Crouse (James) of Littlestown; granddaughter, Holly Eyler (David) of Dillsburg; grandson, Ryan Crouse (Amy) of Dover; four great-grandsons; one step great-grandson; and one step great-granddaughter.
Doris was a homemaker for the last forty years and enjoyed traveling and spending time with family and friends.
Following cremation, private services will be held at the convenience of the family. Arrangements by Cremation Society of Pennsylvania Inc.
